Intelligent Load Detection Technology

All the crushers’ electronic control unit (ECU) continuously monitors the load placed on the machine during operation.

If the system detects excessive pressure or resistance:

• The jaw movement automatically reverses

• Engine load is reduced

• Material flow is restored

• Stalling is prevented

If additional intervention is needed, the ECU temporarily pauses the feed system while keeping the engine running. This allows the operator to safely clear the blockage and quickly resume crushing.

The result is smoother operation, reduced machine stress, and improved productivity on site.
