Jeff Haines
With over 37 years of engineering experience, working as a director, technical director and partner for leading engineering firms, including 22 years at one of Europe’s leading woodchipper manufacturers, Jeff is now the director of Dragon Equipment.
Jeff sits on the board of Working Group 8 as an expert
representing the UK on behalf of the BSi to produce working European standards. He is a keen motorcyclist and current world record holder for the fastest sub 1ltr motorcycle over one mile. To achieve this Jeff used his engineering experience and expertise to achieve something no one had ever done before.

Laura Anderson
Laura brings with her marketing and communications experience from a multitude of brands in the engineering and construction industries. With a keen eye for detail, she isn’t afraid to try something a little different. Mark Ledger
Mark brings 35 years experience working as a Finance Director of which the last 16 has been in a portfolio role supporting multiple businesses at one time. During this time he has worked in various manufacturing companies, engineering, professional services, utilities, agriculture, professional sport and the arts. As well as working as a Finance Director Mark has also had roles as Sales Director and Operations Director. He has extensive experience of raising finance for either equity, property loans or working capital loans and has installed numerous systems.

Lee Ellis
Lee, our Production Manager, is responsible for managing machines through our state-of-the-art factory. He brings with him a wealth of experience as a hands on fitter, knowledge from a stint in the motor trade and more recently from working on bespoke machine build projects.
